On the TV front,well....the votes are in and Bob came in 2nd place in The Hollywood Talent Quest. The song that Bob recorded for the competition is called "I Am You" and can be heard by going to the Vocal Recording page. Bob would like to congratulate Robyn Kirmmsé for her win with her original song, appropriately titled, "Perfect Lie". It was a close race right to the very end.
On the Film front, my short film "Letter From God" is FINISHED!!! That's right....after a year and a half we have a film. Bob is going to start submitting it to festivals starting in January 2009 and is hoping to Premier the film also in January, if the funds become available. Until then, the film may be available for private online viewing. If you are interested, drop Bob an email and he will pass on the details.
Currently, Bob just shot a commercial for Ford Mustang with Director Aion Velie who he worked with 4 years ago on Guilty Or Innocent?. Unfortunately the spot will not air because it was a satyr on the movie "Bullitt" with Steve McQueen and Ford was unable to acquire the TV rights. Steve's estate would only grant Internet rights. On the Theatre front, Bob was just scouted by Cirque Du Soleil and was put in the singers pool for future openings. Bob is hoping to be offered a job in one of Cirque's many shows being performed all over the globe this year. The day that phone call comes will be a very good day!!!!
